ORDERING INFORMATION:

WE ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS 
The Hawai'i Historic Covers order form is downloadable in PDF file format.
Please follow these simple instructions to print it out. It's as easy as
1 - 2 - 3.
1. The downloadable list is in PDF file format. First, click on the link below to see if it opens. If not, go to Step 2 below.
2. If the PDF file will not open, then you will need the software "Adobe Acrobat Reader" which is available FREE and can be downloaded at:
https://get.adobe.com/reader/
3. Once Acrobat Reader is installed, click on the link "ORDER FORM" above. Your computer will automatically download the complete file. You can then, without being online, open the PDF file and view it on your computer at your leisure using "Adobe Acrobat Reader". Not only can you view it, you can also print the list in its entirety or just one page at a time. Each page of the list will print out on normal size paper (8 1/2" x 11").
3. Fill out the downloaded order form and email the completed order form with your credit card information including billing address.
